The Grappling Lab is now back up and running at a new location in Garden Grove.
The Grappling Lab is a Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) school in Garden Grove, California.
All classes are run by Edwin Peng – 2nd degree BJJ black belt, Masters in Exercise Science, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
The Grappling Lab brings a science-backed, curriculum based approach to BJJ.
